Founded by Volodymyr Siletsky, ÜLKA began seven years ago with the development of its first dust collector for a local nail technician. Since then, the company has grown from a small workshop into a globally recognized brand with in-house production and an international distributor network.
By 2018, ÜLKA had a 100 m² facility and 10 employees. Continued growth led to a staff of 32 and an 800 m² space by 2021. The brand gained global recognition through international exhibitions and awards from Nail Pro and Choice of the Year in 2022–2023.
