Shipping

Your shipping/handling fee is determined by the parcel’s weight, size and destination. Some orders are shipped in multiple packages. 

United States

  • All orders are subject to shipping charges. Exact shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the order weight and destination.
  • Free shipping is available for orders over $99 within the 48 contiguous United States only. Free shipping is not available to Hawaii or Alaska. Free shipping to Puerto Rico starts at $150.
  • We will choose the best and most cost-effective shipping method for your order. We currently use FedEx, UPS, and the US Postal Service.
  • Orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous states, including Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Alaska, by ground shipping are subject to the carrier’s standard delivery times.

International

  • Duties, taxes, VAT and import costs are not included in the shipping cost. These fees are set by the country of destination, based on the shipment value and class of goods. Those fees will be collected directly from the carrier. Please contact your local government for questions related to import taxes and duties.
  • We ship only within US and Canada

Pick-up at warehouse

  • No charge
  • Pick-up is available our warehouse at “Nail Art House Salon & Academy” at 8701 W Parmer Ln,ST 2118 Austin, TX, if you select the option at checkout. We will contact you to let you know the time frame for the pick-up.

Additional information

  • We can only ship to your permanent address. We cannot ship to any of these locations: hotels, motels and resorts
  • We ship to APO addresses, US territories and possessions.
    Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.

Please note that delivery timeframes provided by UPS and USPS are only estimates and not guaranteed. Deliveries may experience delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier disruptions, holiday volume, or customs processing for international orders. While we provide tracking information to help you monitor your shipment, we appreciate your understanding and patience with any unforeseen delays. 

PACKAGE IS UNDELIVERABLE AND RETURNED TO OUR WAREHOUSE

If an order cannot be delivered and shipping provider returned package to Nail Art House, LLC due to incorectly provided address by the customer at the check out, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges associated with re-shipping the package to the correct address. If a package is marked “undeliverable”, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the shipping company to make the proper arrangements to obtain package.

Nail Art House, LLC is not responsible for the package once it has been shipped out. If an “undeliverable” package is returned to Nail Art House, LLC we will re-ship the package to you if requested once the customer pays the shipping cost associated with re-shipping the package. If the customer decides not to re-ship the package, a full refund minus the original shipping charge will be issued to the original payment method on the order.

If a package becomes lost due to an incorrect address the customer entered during checkout, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier and no replacement package will be issued. If a package is lost by the shipping carrier, Nail Art House, LLC will file a claim with the shipping carrier and the customer will receive a replacement package only in case customer purchased Route package protection.

LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES IN TRANSIT:

Once packages are dispatched from our warehouse, they are under control of our shipping providers and we have limited liability over lost, damaged or stolen packages. We understand dealing with lost, damaged or stolen packages can be frustrating, therefore Nail Art House, LLC have partnered with “Route Shipping Protection” to provide “worry-free” instant replacement or refund for packages that are lost, damaged or stolen in transit. We strongly recommend opting-in to “Route Shipping Protection” at the check out as without it you acknowledge that Nail Art House, LLC claims no responsibility over lost, damaged or stolen packages in transit. All claims should be made directly with “Route Shipping Protection” by using the claim option on the email sent out by “Route Shipping Protection” or by navigating to claims.route.com. Please note, “Route Shipping Protection” fee is not refundable after a package is dispatched from our warehouse.

Returns and Refunds

Not what you were looking for? Receive an item in error? Order the wrong item?

If are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the time of delivery minus shipping fee for a refund in unused all-original packaging condition only*. Please note: Shortage, discrepancy or damage in a shipment must be reported within 5 business days after delivery. Please do not discard any boxes or wrapping supplies until the issue is resolved. Exchange for another products can be made within 14 days after delivery when product is in unused, in all-original packaging condition only. Buyer pays shipping cost.

All products must be physically returned in order for a refund to be issued. Once the return is received and processed, refunds will be issued within 7 business days and may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your billing provider.

Returns and refunds are approved after all following conditions are met:

  • All returns must be authorized to be returned.

Product(s) should be:

  • Returned within 14 days from shipping date,
  • In good condition, in original packaging with all printed materials, parts and accessories and the UPC Code on the exterior, and
  • Received in sellable condition.
  • Shipping charges are refunded only when the wrong product was shipped or product was defective upon arrival.
  • All returns will be inspected and must be 100% complete.
  • All free items included with a specific product purchase must be returned as well to receive credit.
  • When buy in case, but return less than case quantity, the refund price will be calculated using next higher price level.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to make claims with the carrier for any proof of delivery or damage to shipment returned to Nail Art House.
  • *The following items cannot be returned: gel polishes, base coats, top coats, nail brushes, scissors, nippers, and nail bits once opened from their original sealant.
  • *No returns can be made on clearance sale items and special/custom orders; these are considered final sales.
  • All returned items are subject to 10% restocking fee.
  • All returned equipment and machinery must include the original packaging and accessories. If a product is returned without its original box or accessories, a 25% fee will be charged to cover the cost of replacing the missing items.
  • Credit will always be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged.
Please note, due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, gel color samples may appear different on different device screens. We do our very best to make sure pictures shown are as close to the exact product as possible, but cannot guarantee that what you see is an exact match. Should you need assistance selecting a color please contact us. We are happy to help with color matching.
Warranty
SHEMAX MANUFACTURER WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY:

SHEMAX provides 1 year limited manufacturer warranty from the time of purchase that exclude coverage for “neglect” ex: water damage, lack of proper maintenance and etc. All products should be send for inspection first. Shipping and handling is a buyer’s responsibility. If for any reason client is not satisfied with a purchase within first 7 days from the time of delivery, product can be returned ONLY if it is unused due to sanitary reasons and in all original packaging minus shipping and handling fees. Buyer pays shipping handling cost. After 7 days period, products are not eligible for return & refund. When returning a machine under warranty, ensure it is returned with all its operational components, including but not limited to the filter, cable, and any other accessories that were originally included. Otherwise, missing components will be replaced from the brand new warranty replacement.

SAEYANG CO.,LTD. WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY:

SAEYANG CO.,LTD, provides a 1-year manufacturer warranty on all Saeyang Equipment, effective from the date of purchase. If warranty service is required, the device must be shipped to Korea for inspection and repair. Please note that all shipping costs to and from Korea are the customer’s responsibility.

The manufacturer’s warranty excludes the following:

  • Cleaning or maintenance.
  • Replacement of operational components (e.g., brushes, bearings, chucks, etc.).
  • Damage due to misuse or improper alteration of the rotation direction as well as “neglect” ex: water damage, lack of proper maintenance and etc.

In addition to the manufacturer’s warranty, our store offers a LIMITED 30-day warranty from the date of purchase. Any shipping costs to and from our U.S. location are the customer’s responsibility. The warranty process will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, as the device’s performance can be influenced by various factors.

Saeyang Refund & Return Policy

  • Devices are eligible for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) only if they are unused and remain in their original packaging due to sanitary reasons. If the equipment is returned unused but without its original packaging, a 30% fee will be deducted to cover the cost of replacing the missing packaging.
  • If there are any signs of usage on the device or handpiece—such as dust or skin traces—it will be deemed non-refundable. Additionally, the cost of return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • Refund claims must be initiated via email within 15 days of purchase.
