How fast will my order be shipped?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.Â
Are delivery times guaranteed?
Delivery timeframes are provided to us by third party services we utilize for shipping, such as (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). Please note that the delivery timeframes provided are estimates only, as there are various factors that can affect the actual delivery time (ex. Weather, Peak Seasons and Holidays, Unexpected events).
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders of $99 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Free shipping to Puerto Rico is available on orders of $150 or more. Free shipping is not available for Hawaii and Alaska.
My package shows delivered, but I can't find it. What should I do?
Please check around your property, with household members, neighbors, or your building’s management office. If you still cannot locate your package, contact the shipping carrier directly and then reach out to our support team for further assistance.
How can I track my order once it's been shipped?
Once your order is shipped, we will send out an email with a tracking number, alternatively you can check on your order progress in your account if you placed an order while logged in.
Do you offer international shipping?
We ship within US and Canada only.
What is your return policy?
Most new and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Certain products, including used equipment, opened liquids, gels, and items that come into contact with skin, may not be eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons. How do I start a return?
To request a return, please contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and any necessary return authorization information.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 2–5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to defective, or incorrectly shipped item, we will provide a prepaid return label. For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

We try to package each shipment carefully based on best practices and industry recommendations. What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
Please inspect all packaging materials carefully, as smaller items may be packed separately. If an item is still missing, contact our support team within 5 days of delivery and provide your order number and a photo of everything you received.

What if I receive the wrong item?
If you received an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide your order number along with photos of the item received. We will review the issue and work with you to provide a suitable resolution.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
I did not receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder first. If you still cannot find your confirmation email, contact our support team with the name and email address used for the order, and we will be happy to assist you.
Why was my order canceled?
Orders may be canceled due to payment authorization issues, product availability, incorrect shipping information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order has been canceled and you are unsure why, please contact our support team for assistance.
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can it be corrected?
If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. Once an order has shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.
An item in my order is out of stock. What happens next?
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you with available options, which may include a replacement product, a partial refund, store credit, or waiting for the item to be restocked. We will never substitute products without your approval.
Is my equipment covered by a warranty?
All equipment sold through our store is covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty coverage and terms may vary by manufacturer. Please, see full policy here
How do I submit a warranty claim?
To begin the warranty process, please complete our Equipment Warranty Form. Once submitted, our team will review the information, provide any necessary troubleshooting steps, and, if applicable, submit the claim to the manufacturer for approval.
Will my equipment be repaired or replaced?
Warranty resolutions are determined by the manufacturer and may include repair, replacement, replacement parts, or another approved solution depending on the nature of the issue and warranty terms.
How long does the warranty process take?
Warranty review times vary by manufacturer. Once we receive your completed warranty form, we will review the claim and keep you updated throughout the process. Most claims receive an initial response within a few business days.
