This base is liquid enough to reach every corner, but it DOESNT slide to the cuticle area. Yet, it gives great strength even on my clients that only uses gel polish. Usually the bases I would work that doesn’t slide to the cuticle area would be more on the rubber side, but then its harder to use due to its consistency. This one is very liquidy, yet very firm and it never touches the cuticle area. I LOVE THIS SO MUCH!!!
